Mr. Xu Chujia

Mr. Xu Chujia is the Chairman of the Board of Well Link Financial Group and the chairman and executive director of Zhaobangji Lifestyle Holdings Limited (stock code: 1660). Mr. Xu has been engaged in business for decades and has extensive experience in management and sustainable business operations. Focused on the values of pragmatic, integrity, diligence and kindness, Mr. Xu continued to lead the Group's rapid development and has received respect and recognition from all walks of life.

Mr. Choy Chung Foo
Well Link Financial Group – Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Choy Chung Foo has extensive experience in the finance and insurance fields in Hong Kong. From 2002 to 2007, he was the Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Insurance Group (Asia Pacific) Limited. From 2008 to 2013, he was the Chief Executive Officer of BOC Group Life Insurance Company Limited.

Ms. Doreen Vai Kuan Pun
Chief Consultant (Regulatory Compliance)

Ms. Pun has over 30 years’ experience in the financial sector. She joined the Monetary Authority of Macao (AMCM) in 1998 and she retired as Deputy Director of the Banking Supervision Department in June 2023. In this capacity, she had been leading the regulatory and supervisory initiatives on the financial sector of Macao SAR. Besides, she has been actively involved in external communication and international cooperation. Prior to joining the AMCM, she worked at KPMG as a lead auditor specialized in the audit and assurance services to the financial sector, including banking and insurance.

Ms. Pun obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto (Canada), a Master of Business in Accounting from Monash University (Australia) and a Master of Public Administration from the Peking University and the Chinse Academy of Governance – the First Cohort (China). She graduated from the First Cohort of Innovation Leaders at Cambridge SupTech Lab of the University of Cambridge Judge Business School (United Kingdom). She is a Certified Public Accountant (USA and Macao) and also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Ms. Zhan Meiqing

Ms. Zhan Meiqing obtained her bachelor’s degree in law from East China University of Political Science and Law, in Shanghai, the PRC, master’s degree in laws from the City University of Hong Kong, and master’s degree in laws in international legal studies from The American University,

Washington College of Law. Ms. Zhan has over 20 years of experience in law and finance across Hong Kong and Mainland China. Ms. Zhan is currently a United States attorney (New York), a qualified PRC lawyer as well as a registered foreign lawyer in Hong Kong. She is also the non-executive director of Zhaobangji Lifestyle Holdings Limited (stock code: 1660).

Mr. Kwan Kin Man Keith

Mr. Kwan Kin Man Keith obtained his bachelor’s degree in business administration in the University of Hong Kong. He is currently a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant. In addition, he was a Non-Executive Director of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission in 2007-2010.

Mr. Ng Man Kung

Based in Hong Kong, Mr. Ng is an industry veteran with more than four decades of experience in banking. He was appointed as the Managing Director and General Manager of Chiyu Banking Corporation Limited in 1992, and as the Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive in 2001. He retired from Chiyu in 2012. In 2014-15 he was a business consultant for China Orient Asset Management (International) Holdings Limited. He also holds INED (independent non-executive director) positions for several listed companies in Hong Kong. Mr. Ng was a member of the council of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 1999 to 2003 and a member of Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference from 1993 to 2013.
