Vong Hin Fai is the founder of the VONG HIN FAI LAWYERS & PRIVATE NOTARY. He graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of University of Macau in 1993 and concluded Master’s Degree of Law at the Law Faculty of the People’s University of China in 2003. He is a registered lawyer at the Macau Lawyers Association and practices in Macau since 1996 and was appointed by the Macau Government as private notary in 1997. In 2006, he was delegated as China-Appointed Attesting Notary (Macau) by the Ministry of Justice of the People’s Republic of China. From January of 2020, he is the honorary chairman of the Renhe Qibang Xianhui(Hengqin) Joint Venture Law Firm. In October 2022, he was granted qualification to practice as lawyer in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area by the Department of Justice of Guangdong Province, and since then serves as a “GBA lawyer” in Renhe Qibang Xianhui(Hengqin) Joint Venture Law Firm. He is also an arbitrator of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (also known as Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration) and a counselor of the Legal Professional Committee of Council for the Promotion of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Cooperation.

Ms. Doreen Vai Kuan Pun
Chief Consultant (Regulatory Compliance)
Ms. Pun has over 30 years’ experience in the financial sector.  She joined the Monetary Authority of Macao (AMCM) in 1998 and she retired as Deputy Director of the Banking Supervision Department in June 2023.  In this capacity, she had been leading the regulatory and supervisory initiatives on the financial sector of Macao SAR. Besides, she has been actively involved in external communication and international cooperation. Prior to joining the AMCM, she worked at KPMG as a lead auditor specialized in the audit and assurance services to the financial sector, including banking and insurance.                      

Ms. Pun obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto (Canada), a Master of Business in Accounting from Monash University (Australia) and a Master of Public Administration from the Peking University and the Chinse Academy of Governance – the First Cohort (China).  She graduated from the First Cohort of Innovation Leaders at Cambridge SupTech Lab of the University of Cambridge Judge Business School (United Kingdom). She is a Certified Public Accountant (USA and Macao) and also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

In 2014-15 he was a business consultant for China Orient Asset Management (International) Holdings Limited.
