Mr. Choy Chung Foo has extensive experience in the finance and insurance fields in Hong Kong. From 2002 to 2007, he was the Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Insurance Group (Asia Pacific) Limited. From 2008 to 2013, he was the Chief Executive Officer of BOC Group Life Insurance Company Limited.

Mr.Zhang is an international banker with extensive experience. He worked in the PRC Ministry of Finance in 1981-1993, in the capacity of Deputy Director and Vice Secretary. In 1993-2005, he held several senior positions at the World Bank, including Executive Director (China), Vice President cum Chief Secretary, Senior Vice President, Chairman of Operations Committee, Sanctions Committee and Anti- Fraud and Corruption Committee. Mr. Zhang then joined Citigroup in 2006-2016, and held senior positions including the Vice Chairman of Global Banking, Chairman of the Public Sector and Chief Operating Officer, Vice-CEO and Chairman of Asia Pacific Region. In addition, he was a Non-Executive Director of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission in 2007-2010.

Mr. Dong Hongshan holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in finance. With extensive experience in the financial industry, he has served for 17 years in financial regulatory roles within the People's Bank of China and the China Banking Regulatory Commission systems. He subsequently held senior leadership positions for six years in local government financial management departments and spent seven years in executive roles at Hong Kong and Macau subsidiaries of major central financial enterprises. Mr. Dong possesses profound expertise in financial management and operational practices.

Mr. Kwan Kin Man Keith obtained his bachelor’s degree in business administration in the University of Hong Kong. He is currently a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant. He has over 10 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry in Hong Kong. He is currently chief executive officer and executive director of Well Link Securities Holdings Limited (stock code: 8350).

Vong Hin Fai is the founder of the VONG HIN FAI LAWYERS & PRIVATE NOTARY. He graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of University of Macau in 1993 and concluded Master’s Degree of Law at the Law Faculty of the People’s University of China in 2003. He is a registered lawyer at the Macau Lawyers Association and practices in Macau since 1996 and was appointed by the Macau Government as private notary in 1997. In 2006, he was delegated as China-Appointed Attesting Notary (Macau) by the Ministry of Justice of the People’s Republic of China. From January of 2020, he is the honorary chairman of the Renhe Qibang Xianhui(Hengqin) Joint Venture Law Firm. In October 2022, he was granted qualification to practice as lawyer in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area by the Department of Justice of Guangdong Province, and since then serves as a “GBA lawyer” in Renhe Qibang Xianhui(Hengqin) Joint Venture Law Firm. He is also an arbitrator of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (also known as Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration) and a counselor of the Legal Professional Committee of Council for the Promotion of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Cooperation.

Ms. Pun has over 30 years’ experience in the financial sector. She joined the Monetary Authority of Macao (AMCM) in 1998 and she retired as Deputy Director of the Banking Supervision Department in June 2023. In this capacity, she had been leading the regulatory and supervisory initiatives on the financial sector of Macao SAR. Besides, she has been actively involved in external communication and international cooperation. Prior to joining the AMCM, she worked at KPMG as a lead auditor specialized in the audit and assurance services to the financial sector, including banking and insurance.
Ms. Pun obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto (Canada), a Master of Business in Accounting from Monash University (Australia) and a Master of Public Administration from the Peking University and the Chinse Academy of Governance – the First Cohort (China). She graduated from the First Cohort of Innovation Leaders at Cambridge SupTech Lab of the University of Cambridge Judge Business School (United Kingdom). She is a Certified Public Accountant (USA and Macao) and also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
